At STREGA Brick Oven Pizzeria, our story began with a simple mission: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy’s beloved Neapolitan-style pizza to the heart of Las Vegas. Inspired by time-honored Italian traditions and a passion for genuine, handcrafted food, we set out to create pizzas that honor the craft with every bite. 

We start with the best ingredients—imported Italian 00 flour, rich San Marzano tomato sauce, and creamy Grande cheese—and bake each pizza in a blazing hot brick oven. This combination creates the perfect balance of a tender, flavorful interior and a beautifully blistered crust that’s crispy yet light.
